Beat the Blues

Beat the Blues is an initiative that focuses on raising awareness of youth health issues. Each year we run a variety of initiatives, including partnering with organisations such as The Butterfly Foundation to conduct workshops in schools and The Black Dog Institute to provide forums for parents.

At the beginning of each school year we offer schools the opportunity to host a variety of forums for their students. Topics can include, but aren’t limited to, bullying, body image, smoking, binge drinking, anger management and stress management.

If you would like information about the facilitators we use or the different topics we will be offering please contact the Youth Services team on 9978 4013 or at youth@mosman.nsw.gov.au.
