R U OK DAY is Thursday 8 September and Mosman Council Youth Services is having a free BBQ at the Youth Centre to help start conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
Mosman Youth Services Volunteer group NEST will be serving up a healthy frozen yogurt desert and Headspace will be attending the event to provide information about mental wellbeing for young people. Come along for the free food, friendly advice, or simply to support this great cause. There will also be a friendly Table Tennis Competition at 4pm – see you there!
