Every four years Mosman Youth Services undertakes MYvoice, a large-scale consultation of young people aged 12-24 in Mosman. The purpose of the consultation is to identify: Key issues affecting young people who live, work and spend time in Mosman; Driving factors behind those issues; Potential solutions that Mosman Youth Services can contribute to through its programs and services.
Mosman Youth Services have been rolling out the 2024 MYvoice consultation, including upskilling a cohort of peer-consultants to interview young people from the area, distributing a Council-wide survey, and conducting small focus group sessions at the Mosman Youth Centre.
The MYvoice 2024 Survey is now closed. Congratulations to our 3 prize winners:
Ally (15) from Mosman High, Bianca (15) from Mosman High, and Cameron (16) from Mosman High.
Thankyou to everyone who participated – your input is crucial as we aim to identify key issues affecting youth in our community, understand the driving factors behind these issues, and explore potential solutions that Mosman Youth Services can contribute to through its programs and services.
Stay tuned for the results of the 2024 MYvoice consultation.
Through MYvoice young people of varied ages, gender, background, education and lived experiences share their priorities and to what extent these are of concern to them. Download the full 2020/2021 report below or check out our infographic summary.
