The Youth Week 2018 Forum will be held on 12 April 2018 at NSW Parliament House – registrations to become a youth group member are open now!

The Youth Week 2018 Forum is a one-day free event that will bring together up to 150 young people between 12 and 24 years of age from across NSW. Participants will take part in a series of activities enabling them to have their voices heard by government representatives and decision makers.

To frame the discussions of the day, government departments are providing key questions they would like to have answered by young people at the Forum. The responses will be collated and provided to the departments after the event.
There will also be guest speaker and some advocacy-related skills training at the event.

To register as a youth member at the forum and for more information, click HERE.
Places are limited so register ASAP to secure your spot at this fantastic opportunity to share your voice.

Date Thursday 12 April

Details — Free to attend
— Food and refreshments provided
Registration Each young person needs to register themselves individually, this will involve completing a consent form, getting parental permission, and providing information of which school they attend. ACYP will then be providing schools with a letter to notify them of the young person’s absence (as the event is on a school day).
